Main Committee

The ESC is chaired by Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Finance and comprises members from the government, union representatives and representatives from the private sector.

The Committee will review and re-orientate Singapore’s approach to develop capabilities and make the best use of our resources, so as to enable sustained, inclusive growth for the next 5 to 10 years.

Objective

To develop and recommend strategies to grow Singapore’s future as a leading global city in the heart of Asia
